Live artist Lucy Panesar will be slipping into her fictional corporate persona role, Felicity Mukherjee, to conduct a pseudo-evaluation exercise investigating the social ‘effectiveness’ of art in Camberwell, referring to Southwark’s historical status as the ‘City of Transformations’ and current government initiatives using creativity as a catalyst for social change.
