The Camberwell Arts Festival Launch Party on Camberwell Green returns for summer 2023, bringing together the best of the community! Our theme this year will be It's Showtime, inviting contemporary art responses to Camberwell's rich music hall and cinematic legacy.
We'll be launching on Camberwell Green on Saturday 10th June with a family-friendly event that will include:
Participatory art commissions
Family-friendly art workshops
Camberwell Arts Market and Camberwell Green Market
Free afternoon tea (with cakes and baked goods responding to the Showtime theme)
Hugely popular Camberwell Arts Dog Show
Music tent and much more!
Trader applications for the Camberwell Arts Market are open!
50+ stalls available for arts market traders (£48)
8 stalls available for full time students (£30)
Students are encouraged to pair up to share the cost of a stall
Preference will be given to local artists and makers
Applications close 28th April 2022
Camberwell Arts artists and makers will be trading alongside Camberwell Green Market who host an amazing array of regular traders every Saturday on Camberwell Green. If you’d like to become a Camberwell Green Market trader contact annettecauneen@talktalk.net. Resellers who do not design or make their products are less likely to be accepted by Camberwell Arts and may have a better chance of trading on the 10th June if they apply to become a returning market trader with Annette. All Camberwell Green Market traders will have to have traded once with Annette prior to trading at the Camberwell Arts Market Launch Party.
