Camberwell Arts has partnered with the Camberwell Free Film Festival

The Camberwell Free Film Festival (CFFF) was founded in 2013 by local film aficionado and arts manager Victor Ferreiro and has been an extremely popular fixture of the local arts calendar. Highlights from the six-year history include selling out the 600-seat Salvation Army auditorium with a double screening in 2015 and getting the audience to power the pedal projector at Myatt’s Field Park in the middle of a thunderstorm!

CFFF has partnered with Camberwell Arts to provide a more comprehensive and joined-up free arts calendar in SE5, all year round. This includes:

Mini Fest April 2019

We will be running a three-day Free Film Festival in April 2019 – provisional screenings are: 25th April at St Giles Crypt, 26th April at ORTUS, 27th April at Salvation Army

Camberwell Arts Festival Screening: June 2019

We are also planning on screening a film (or two) over the 25th Anniversary of the Camberwell Arts Festival between 15th and 23rd June 2019.

CFFF March 2020

The fully loaded Camberwell Free Film Festival returns in March 2020 with an almost greedy programme of silver screen treasures, modern hits and cult classics. Planning will start in September 2019.

We are looking for volunteers for any of these three periods but especially anyone interested in assisting at all three.

Volunteer duties include: Leafletting / Event Hosting / Copywriting & Film Reviews / PR / Graphic Design / Photography / Social Media Marketing / Fundraising
